The project faced the challenge of establishing effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified sales leads interested in outsourcing their sales teams. Additionally, recruiting English-speaking candidates in Cali posed a significant challenge, requiring innovative approaches to sourcing and attracting talent in a competitive job market.

A solution

The customer acquisition solution involved creating relevant content and implementing targeted advertising campaigns on platforms such as YouTube, display networks, search and LinkedIn. In addition, lead nurturing techniques were used to maintain interest and convert leads into qualified leads. To acquire English speakers, engaging campaigns were run through Facebook and Instagram.
